All services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, weather conditions, and operational requirements.

2. Reservations

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, email, or other approved booking methods.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from ULT Limo Service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

3. Payments

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and other passengers.

  • Avoid illegal activities inside the vehicle.
  • Refrain from damaging vehicles.
  • Supervise minors traveling in their care.

ULT Limo Service reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior creates an unsafe environment.

6. Alcohol, Smoking, and Illegal Substances

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

Alcohol consumption may only be permitted where allowed by applicable laws and at the discretion of ULT Limo Service.

Passengers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.

7. Delays

While every effort is made to maintain scheduled pickup and arrival times, delays may occur due to:

8. Airport Transportation

For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information during booking.

Flight arrivals may be monitored when information is available to help coordinate pickup times.

Additional waiting charges may apply if passengers are delayed beyond the complimentary waiting period.

9. Vehicle Availability

ULT Limo Service reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity when necessary due to maintenance, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Lost and Found

Passengers are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before exiting the vehicle.

ULT Limo Service is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

If an item is found, reasonable efforts will be made to return it. Shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ULT Limo Service shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Missed flights or appointments caused by factors outside our control
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or emergencies
  • Personal property left in vehicles

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transportation service in question, where permitted by law.
